As a leading financial brand in Taiwan, the UIX of the website and the process of applying insurance have been completely renovated. The visual keynote adopts lively and vivid 3D characters, which is in line with the contemporary visual trend nowadays. The website structure has also been reconstructed to make user flow smoother.

作為台灣本土金融龍頭品牌,這次的人壽網站及投保流程介面全面改版,視覺主調採用活潑生動的3D人物角色,符合當代視覺趨勢。重新規劃的網站架構也讓瀏覽動線更加流暢。

Full Online Teamwork

90% of this project was done through the collaborative tool Figma online, including UX planning, visual design, component and layout definition, as well as the most of back-and-forth discussion and modification, which is a great experience of working remotely.

這個專案有90%的工作都是透過Figma線上軟體操作,包含UX規劃、視覺設計、元件定義及過程中的來回討論修改,算是實踐了未來遠端工作模式的趨勢。

Application Interface

In addition to the brand new visual renovation of the website, a large part of this project is to optimize the process of applying the insurance. Considering different user situations and insurance requirements, it is necessary to design and plan the corresponding process, and also consider the fluency of operation conversion between computers, tablets, and mobile phones.

除了前台的品牌視覺網站之外,本專案有一大部分是在保險申請流程的介面優化。考慮到不同的使用者情境與投保需求,需要設計規劃相對應的流程,同時也要考量電腦、平板、手機間操作轉換的流暢性。
